You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier. Check the spam folder if you cannot find it.

Remember that production takes 2-4 business days before anything ships. A tracking number that has not appeared within 5 business days of ordering is worth chasing - email us with your order number and we will look it up for you.
Tracking says nothing has moved
Carrier scans can lag by a day or two after collection, especially over a weekend. If there has been no scan for 5 days, tell us and we will open a case with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost we remake and resend it at no cost to you.
Marked delivered but not received
Check with neighbours and around the property first - carriers often leave parcels in a safe place. If it still has not turned up after 48 hours, email us and we will take it up with the carrier.
