Every HANOSS item is made after you order it, so an order moves through two stages: production, then transit.
How long it takes
- Production: 2-4 business days. This is where your artwork is printed or engraved. Weekends and public holidays are not counted.
- Transit: 5-8 days after it leaves the workshop.
So a typical order arrives 7 to 12 days after you place it. Orders placed at the weekend start production on the next business day.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is collected. If the link has not arrived within 5 business days of ordering, email us and we will look it up.
Where we ship
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Shipping is charged at the rate shown at checkout before you pay; there are no fees added afterwards.
Customs and duties
Orders outside the destination country's duty-free threshold may attract import charges set by that country. These are not charged by us and we cannot calculate them in advance.
If it is late
Email us with your order number. If the carrier has lost the parcel we remake and resend it at no cost.
Ordering for a specific date
Allow about two weeks. If your date is sooner than that, email us before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
