HANOSS prints what customers type and upload. We do not check every order against every trademark in the world, so occasionally something is submitted that should not be.
What you may not upload or ask us to print
- Logos, brand names, characters or artwork you do not own or have permission to use
- Photographs taken by someone else without their permission
- Content that is hateful, threatening, or sexual involving minors
By placing an order you confirm you have the right to use the text and images you submit. We may refuse and refund any order that appears to infringe someone else's rights.
If you own a right and see it being infringed
Email us with: the work or mark concerned and proof you own it, the exact product URL, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised. We remove infringing listings promptly once we can verify the claim.
Counterfeit sites
hanoss.com is our only store. We do not sell through other domains that copy our product photos or wording. If you paid a site that is not hanoss.com, we have no record of your order and cannot help with it - contact your bank.
