Ordering something with a name on it is a small act of trust. Here is exactly what happens between your order and the parcel arriving, so there are no surprises in the middle.
1. You type in their details
Name, date, pet breed, how many people — every field sits right on the product page, before the Add to cart button. Nothing is asked for by email afterwards.
2. You check the live preview
The artwork redraws as you type. This is the step that matters: it is where a misspelled name gets caught, rather than after it ships. What you see is the same file the printer receives.
3. We make it and ship it
Production takes [X-Y] business days, then [Z] days in transit. You get tracking on every order.
If it arrives wrong
If what arrives doesn't match the preview you approved, tell us within [XX] days and we make it again — or refund you. Because each item is made for one person, we can't resell a returned personalized piece, so we would rather fix a spelling mistake before we print than after. Ask us to check it and we will.
