Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. The preview on each product page redraws as you type and shows the same artwork the printer receives.
How long until it arrives?
Production takes 2-4 business days, then 5-8 days in transit - about 7 to 12 days in total. Tracking on every order.
I typed the name wrong. Can I fix it?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we change it for free. After that production has usually started; email anyway and we will do what we can.
What if it arrives wrong or damaged?
Send us a photo within 30 days. We remake it or refund you. You do not need to post the faulty item back.
Can I use accents or emoji?
No. Our printing supports standard English letters, numbers and basic punctuation only. Accented characters and emoji cannot be reproduced.
How many characters fit?
Each field on the product page shows a live character count and stops you at the limit, so anything you can type will fit.
Can you check my spelling before printing?
Yes, and we would rather you asked. Email us your order number and we will read it back to you before it goes into production.
Do you gift wrap?
Several products offer a gift box as a variant on the product page. We do not include a price on any packing slip.
Can I order for a specific date?
Allow about two weeks. If your date is sooner, email before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Do you take custom requests?
Sometimes. Email us what you have in mind.
