Because items go into production quickly, there is a window in which changes are free and a point after which they are not.
Within 12 hours of ordering
Email us and we will change the spelling, the variant, or the delivery address, or cancel the order entirely for a full refund. No charge.
After 12 hours
Production has usually started and the material has been cut or printed. We cannot cancel, but email us anyway - if the item has not yet been printed we will still stop it.
Once it has shipped
The order cannot be cancelled. If it turns out to be faulty when it arrives, the remake guarantee on our returns page applies.
Changing the delivery address
Possible any time before the parcel is collected. After that the carrier controls the parcel and we cannot redirect it.
