Why we show you the artwork first
The worst thing about ordering a personalized gift is the wait, not knowing whether the name is spelled right or whether the layout looks anything like you pictured. Most shops make you find out when the box arrives.
So every HANOSS product page shows the artwork as you type it - the same file that goes to the printer. If a letter is wrong, you see it before you pay, not after it ships.
Made after you order
Nothing here sits in a warehouse. Each item is printed or engraved once you order it, which is why production takes 2-4 business days rather than shipping the same afternoon. It also means we can put anything you want on it.
If we get it wrong
If what arrives does not match the preview you approved, we remake it or refund you. That is the whole policy.

A person reads every email and replies within one business day. If you want us to check the spelling before we print, ask - we would much rather fix it now than reprint it later.
